WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Orders are typically processed within 5-7 business days. During releases, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing may take a little longer.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?
Yes. International shipping is available to selected countries. Available shipping options will appear at checkout.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY DUTIES OR CUSTOMS?
Depending on your country, you may be charged duties, taxes, or customs fees. North American customers are less likley to exprience these fees. These charges are determined by your local customs authority and are the responsibility of the customer.

CAN I CHANGE MY ORDER AFTER I PLACE IT?
If you need to make a change, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has entered processing or shipped, we may not be able to modify it.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Cancellation requests must be made as soon as possible after ordering. We cannot guarantee that an order can be cancelled once processing has begun.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
All sales are final unless otherwise stated. Please review sizing, product details, and your order carefully before completing your purchase.

WHAT IF I RECEIVE THE WRONG ITEM?
Contact us with your order number and photos of the item you received. We’ll review the issue and help resolve it.

WHAT IF MY ITEM ARRIVES DAMAGED?
Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos showing the damage.

HOW DO I KNOW WHICH SIZE TO ORDER?

ARE DIR PIECES TRUE TO SIZE?
Fit depends on the individual garment. Some pieces may be intentionally oversized, relaxed, or fitted. Refer to the product description for specific fit information.

WILL SOLD-OUT PRODUCTS RESTOCK?
Some products may return, while others are released in limited quantities and will not be reproduced.

HOW SHOULD I WASH MY DIR CLOTHING?
Always follow the care instructions on the garment label. To help preserve prints, fabrics, and shape, avoid unnecessary high heat.
