Refund Exclusion: a. We do not offer refunds on any purchased items, except in cases of product defects or errors made by Dir. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for any sale, clearance, or discounted items. Any type of defects that is caused by third party's such as the shipping carrier, Dir is not responsible or liable for the damages.Â

Defective Products: a. To be eligible for a refund or exchange due to a defect, you must provide clear photographic evidence of the defect. c. Our customer support team will review your case and, if deemed valid, provide you with instructions for returning the defective product.

To resolve shipping errors, we may require you to provide photographic evidence of the incorrectly shipped item. c. These include, but are not limited to, undergarments, swimwear, and pierced jewelry, unless there is a manufacturing defect. b. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
